All That Matters welcomes you to the 40 Days of Yoga program!

You are about to embark on an intensive exploration of a comprehensive system of self-care. What you learn in this program will impact the quality of your life from this point forward – on and off the yoga mat.

As we immerse ourselves in a system of yoga postures, healthy eating, and meditation over 40 days, our goal is to find a way of living that helps us move past our habits, conditioning and limitations into a relationship with life that is fresh and vital.

In addition to becoming healthier, participants find they become more clear in their life, strong and stable, more productive, more engaged with life. We believe that a healthy society depends upon the health of individuals, and we congratulate you on your commitment to your health and personal development.

Sunday, September 22nd is Day 1!  You may begin taking classes on your 40-day pass at any of our 3 studios. When you check into yoga classes, simply tell the person assisting you that you are a 40-Day student. Please remember to check in each and every time you take a class (even if you’ve signed up online already).  Last day is October 30th.

PVD Weekly Gatherings are every Monday from 7:30pm to 9pm.

EG Weekly Gatherings are every Tuesday from 12:30pm to 2pm.

SK Weekly Gatherings are every Wednesday from 7:30pm to 9pm.

We encourage you to attend the gathering each week. If you cannot attend your “home” studio, you can always attend at the other location. If you cannot attend a meeting at all, please make arrangements ahead of time with your teacher. At these meetings you will get an overview of the program, we will check in, review the coming week’s theme, yoga, meditation and dietary suggestions.

This program, although very different, originated from Baron Baptiste’s book 40 Days to Personal Revolution. It is helpful for some to read the chapters along with the program. If you have not purchased the book – they are available at All That Matters and if you mention you are a 40 Dayer – you will get 20% off.

We ask that you check-in with the front desk for each yoga class you attend.
